Corner Stone Lettings has aligned itself with a locally based firm called 'Wessex HIPS' We have qualified Domestic Energy Assessors of our own that can compile Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).

As of October 2008, EPCs will also stand in isolation as a legal requirement for landlords and letting agents to have in place prior to advertising their properties for let. This legal requirement encompasses the private landlord's advert in a local paper through to letting agents advertising a property on their web sites.
