Corner Stone Lettings has aligned itself with a locally based firm called ‘Wessex HIPS Limited’ As of October 2008 this locally based firm will be able to meet all your Home Information Pack (HIP) needs. We have qualified Domestic Energy Assessors of our own that can compile Energy Performance Certificates, EPC. EPC’s currently form part of the HIP pack that is needed for a house sale.

As of October 2008 they will also stand in isolation as a legal requirement for landlords and letting agents to have in place prior to advertising their properties for let. This legal requirement encompasses the private landlord’s advert in a local paper through to letting agents advertising a property on their web sites.
